Dr. Satish Menon is a seasoned academician and industry professional with over 30 years of combined experience in teaching, research, and global industry practice. He currently serves as the Dean – Faculty of Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani Campus, bringing together 14 years of academic experience and 16 years of International Industry Exposure, including 11 years in United States and professional engagements across Canada, United Kingdom, Jamaica (West Indies), Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka. He has also widely travelled to 33 countries across the world, contributing to his global exposure and cross-cultural competence.

He holds advanced academic qualifications including BE, MS, MBA, PGDDB, and Ph.D. in General Management. Dr. Menon has made significant contributions to academia and applied research, with 15 research publications, four authored and edited books, involvement in consultancy and research projects, and an impressive portfolio of 21 published patents, reflecting his strong focus on innovation and knowledge creation.

Dr. Menon’s professional excellence has been recognized through several prestigious awards, including the Innovator Award for Outstanding Accomplishment and Exceptional Expertise in Securing Patents (Alliance University, 2023), the Best Employee Award from Infobahn Technologies, USA, and the Excel Star Award from Excel Corporation, USA. Through academic leadership, curriculum development, research mentorship, and industry integration, he continues to play a pivotal role in shaping future management professionals and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
