Dr.  Vinodini K J  holds the position of Assistant Professor – Sr. G in the Faculty of Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in both academia and industry. She has earned a BA, MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. Her academic contributions include one Scopus-indexed paper, 12 publications in UGC-listed international journals, 8 in other international journals, and 3 in national journals. In addition to her research publications, Dr. Vinodini has authored 4 books, holds 2 patents. As an active member of the Madras Management Association (MMA), she remains dedicated to advancing research and knowledge in the fields of Human Resources and Marketing.
