Dr. Prabadevi M N is an Associate Professor and Coordinator – PG Program with over 20 years of experience, including 16 years in academia and 4.5 in industry. She holds a B.A. in Economics, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.

Her teaching and research focus on Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. She has published 48 research papers, authored 2 books, and holds 4 patents, highlighting her commitment to innovation and applied learning.  She is an active member of professional bodies such as SICCI and ISC and has received 2 awards recognizing her academic contributions. She is dedicated to fostering academic quality, research, and holistic development.
