Dr. Shanthi Nachiappan is an Assistant Professor – SG in the Faculty of Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, with 25 years of teaching experience. She holds a B.B.A., MBA, and Ph.D. in Management, with a focus on women administrators in NGOs. Her areas of expertise include Social Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. She has authored 39 research papers, published 3 books, and contributed to 8 consultancy/research projects.
