Dr. Suganya V is an Assistant Professor – SG in the Faculty of Management – MBA at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, bringing over 12 years of experience that spans both academia and industry, including 8.3 years in teaching and 4 years in the corporate sector. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Human Resources, an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She has contributed significantly to scholarly literature with 13 research papers indexed in Scopus, 1 in Web of Science, 1 in ABDC, 13 in UGC-approved journals. In addition, she has published 3 books and contributed 15 chapters in edited volumes. Dr. Suganya holds 3 patents, 3 distinguished awards (Young Women Educator and Scholar Award by NFED, Academic Excellence Award by ISDF, and Young Researcher Award by I2OR) and is an active member of two professional associations, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and academic excellence.
