  • Photon, the Photography Club under the Faculty of Science and Humanities at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani, hosted its Induction Ceremony on 26th September 2025 at the Ekkattuthangal Campus.
  • The event began with a welcome address by Mr. Parthasarathy S, Head of the Department, and an overview of the club’s vision and objectives.
  • Our Chief Guest, Mr. Edwin J. Robert, Creative Director, Photographer, and Founder of Ping Us and Ping Productions, delivered a captivating presentation on contemporary fashion and commercial photography, demonstrating innovative techniques through engaging visuals.
  • The induction also introduced the Core Team, active members, and student coordinators, concluding with a strong spirit of enthusiasm and camaraderie.
  • Students left inspired to take part in upcoming workshops, competitions, and activities planned for the academic year.
