• Completed training in the HR Department at Hitech Civil Engineers Pvt. Ltd. from 26th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025, which provided exposure to recruitment, payroll, employee record management, and HR policy practices.
• Completed the Faculty Industry Immersion Program (FIIP) at Koushic Pressure Vessels Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, from 26th May to 6th June 2025, gained practical exposure to industrial processes, enhanced understanding of pressure vessel manufacturing, and bridged the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices.
